How much is the deposit?

  • The deposit is a non-refundable fee of 25%. (Amount depends on services chosen) Deposit is due at time of booking and is used toward the total balance.

When is the final payment due?

  • Final payment is due 14 days before scheduled event.


What is needed to set up the photo booths?

  • A standard electrical outlet; client is responsible for ensuring power is available.
  • 10 ft. x 10 ft. square space
  • 16-foot table to display props.
  • 2 chairs


Can the booth be set-up outdoors?

  • Typically, yes, additional equipment is needed.
  • Generator, can be rented from us for a fee.
  • Covered area due to the sensitive electrical equipment (shielding from wind, rain and the elements)
  • Please contact us if you have further questions.


How can we share the photos with family and friends?

  • We will upload your photos to our online gallery where your family and friends can download the photos or tag them on social media.


How much time is needed for set-up and breakdown?

  • We typically require 60 minutes to set-up, depending on unit.
  • 20 - 40 minutes to break down our equipment


Does the rental time include set-up and breakdown?

  • No, rental time consists of actual photo booth time.


The venue requires insurance from all vendors. Do you have insurance? 

  • Yes, we are covered with a $2 million insurance policy.




Will someone be available to help my guests?

  • No, an attendant will be available for technical support for drop off booths by cell phone.
  • Yes, staff is required for the 360-video booth as well as any booth with prints, an attendant will be available at your event to ensure the photo booth runs smoothly and to help your guests with any questions.


Are we able to close the booth during the rental time?

  • Yes, this is considered idle time and there is a charge of $50 per hour.


Why do we need a photo booth if we have a photographer?

  • The photo booth provides a less formal way for guests to take photos of themselves without a professional photographer. The photo booth allows guests to let loose, be silly and have fun. The photos from the event are an incredible reminder of your event and make great party favors.


Can we customize our photos?

  • Absolutely! We can do a custom design at the bottom of every photo.


Are prints available?

  • Prints are not available for drop-off booths. Prints are included with the bronze, silver, gold, and platinum packages.


Can we get a photo album of all the photos from the event?

  • As an additional option, you can order a photo album.
